September 2006: Four Seasons Asia Investment Pte. Ltd was founded and incorporated by Shigeka Koda & Kahori Ando.

December 2006: The firm was approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") to conduct regulated activity of Fund Management under Approved Start-Up Fund Manager (“ASFM”) status.

March 2007: Launch of Four Seasons Trust Fund Spring (Cayman equity long short fund)

October 2010: Launch of Japan equity long-only strategy

June 2013: The firm obtained a MAS Capital Markets Services License (CMS) to conduct regulated activity of Fund Management
